Job Description

We are now offering a position for teaching within the hairdressing program. You will be responsible for planning and conducting lessons both in the school's premises and in collaboration with APL placements.

An important part of the work is the contact with students who are out on workplace-based learning (APL), which means that you will have ongoing collaboration with the business community within the hairdressing industry. You will also have a mentoring role where you follow the students' studies, are aware of their needs, and support them in achieving their graduation goals. You will be teaching at the high school level and adult education level.

Qualifications

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a trained vocational teacher in the hairdressing field. Industry experience is a given for the position.

You are passionate about entrepreneurship, outgoing and social, with a broad network within the geographical area and surroundings.

You are proactive, solution-focused, structured, and inspiring with a strong personal commitment to learning.

As a teacher, you are attentive and want to guide students towards the future. It is important that you always want to develop yourself and feel the desire and inspiration to stay updated regarding new cutting and coloring techniques.
